CONTRACT
Service availability
When placing an order on the Website, you ensure that you are over 18 years old. The products offered are distributed only in the regional territory (Canaries).
You can purchase from any country, but we can only ship your order to addresses located in Canaries. According to Article 40 of Law 47/2002 amending Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade of January 15, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, before placing the order, the Buyer has the right to be informed on the Site of the essential characteristics of the products they wish to order.
Product information
The items offered on the Website are outdoor and relaxation furniture for domestic use; and meet the same quality and warranty requirements as the products sold in physical stores.
You acknowledge our full ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the products, materials, or content on the Website.

The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the Products for sale are not contractual and are solely illustrative, not committing the seller’s responsibility. The seller makes every effort to ensure that the colors shown in the product photos on the website are true to the original products, but variations may occur due to technical limitations of color representation on computer equipment.
Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until stocks run out.
Likewise, Home Zentrum makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on the Website is complete, truthful, and correct. In the event of an error in any data, Home Zentrum will correct it.
Purchase procedure
- Items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking the corresponding button.
- The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item (name, size, and price in the corresponding currency) (taxes included). The price shown does not include transportation, whose rates will vary depending on the number of items and shipping address.
- To complete the purchase, the customer’s personal data will be required and added to our database to process the order and, if necessary, facilitate future purchases through the Website. The personal data provided by customers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Home Zentrum reminds customers that personal data must be provided accurately to avoid confusion or issues with the delivery of the purchased item(s). Additionally, if explicitly requested by the customer, they will receive personalized commercial communications adapted to their profile via email.
- Before placing the order, a summary of the order will be presented to the customer, identifying the added product(s) in the shopping bag, the total price (including transportation and taxes) with each item broken down, and the shipping details, for the customer to confirm by clicking the ‘Confirm Payment’ button.
If, before confirming the payment, you detect an error in your order, you can modify any detail by clicking the ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ button. If an error is detected after completing the payment process, please contact the COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE by sending an email to atencionalcliente@homezentrum.com.
- The customer, however, acknowledges that by clicking the “Confirm Payment” button, they undertake the obligation to pay for the item(s) when the order is accepted. The existing purchase contract between the customer and Home Zentrum regarding the requested item(s) will be considered perfected when atencionalcliente@homezentrum.com sends a Confirmation email to the customer. The Contract will only relate to the item(s) confirmed in the Confirmation.
Home Zentrum will not be obliged to supply any item(s) that has not been confirmed.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If, at the time of order issuance, Home Zentrum detects a lack of stock in its warehouses for any of the products included, Home Zentrum will attempt to locate the product through other means available. If it is not possible to obtain such availability, the customer will be notified immediately. Additionally, the amount of the item charged and not shipped will be refunded to the customer in the following days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Right to refuse an order
Home Zentrum may cancel any Confirmed order or refuse an order for the following reasons:
- In case of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the prices or other data of the products contained on the Website at the time the order was placed.
- Due to lack of availability.
- When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- When there are reasons to indicate that the customer is underage.
- When the logistics has been unable to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer.
- When there is a cyberattack, virus, or any event beyond Home Zentrum’s reasonable control (force majeure).
In such cases, Home Zentrum will fully refund any amounts that have been paid in accordance with this condition.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Payment and currency
Prices on this Website are displayed in Euros. The customer can purchase from any country. If, during the purchase process, the customer changes the delivery address and the destination country is modified, the prices and availability of items shown in the final order summary will be updated. Product prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Confirmation of Order.
General Indirect Canarian Tax
This business is exempt from IGIC.
All product prices listed on this Website include IGIC at the current rate.
Billing

Payment methods
Home Zentrum will only accept payments made by bank card. If you wish to use another payment method, you can inquire by sending an email to atencionalcliente@homezentrum.com
Payment by card
The order will not be considered accepted until it is effectively confirmed that the payment has been received. If after the indicated period Home Zentrum has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be canceled.
Payment security
To provide the highest security for the payment system, Home Zentrum uses secure payment systems from top financial entities in e-commerce. In this regard, payment confidential data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.
As an additional measure to the ‘Secure Payment’ system and to assist in preventing online fraud, Home Zentrum reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to take appropriate measures (including order cancellation) to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered according to the details provided in the order.
DELIVERY
The risk for the products will be the customer’s responsibility from the moment of delivery. The shipping of products purchased through the Website will be carried out by our delivery personnel or, if necessary, a courier company and will be delivered within a timeframe specified from atencionalcliente@homezentrum.com according to the selected shipping method and, in any case, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Confirmation.
The items offered through this website are only available for shipping to the Canary Islands.
If the order is for Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, or Lanzarote, the timeframe is one to six working days, except for causes external to us.
If the order is to other destinations, we will contact you when we receive your order request and calculate the most convenient shipping method for you based on your preferences.

Municipalities of Mogán and San Bartolomé de Tirajana: Purchases over 100 Euros FREE, otherwise 30 Euros.
Municipalities of Agüimes, Ingenio, and Santa Lucía: Purchases over 200 Euros FREE, otherwise 40 Euros.
Other Municipalities: Purchases over 400 Euros FREE, otherwise 60 Euros.
Fuerteventura:
Municipalities of Antigua, La Oliva, Puerto del Rosario: Purchases over 100 Euros FREE, otherwise 30 Euros.
Municipalities of Betancuria and Tuineje: Purchases over 200 Euros FREE, otherwise 40 Euros.
Municipality of Pájara: Purchases over 400 Euros FREE, otherwise 60 Euros.
Lanzarote:
Municipalities of Arrecife, San Bartolomé, Tías, and Yaiza: Purchases over 100 Euros FREE, otherwise 30 Euros.
Municipalities of Haría, Teguise, and Tinajo: Purchases over 200 Euros FREE, otherwise 40 Euros.
*When the purchase does not meet the minimum amount for free delivery and the customer does not want to pay the shipping costs, the option to pick up the purchase at the nearest store to the provided address is offered. A specific pickup date will be provided.
Shipping costs for Other Destinations will be calculated by finding the most convenient rate for the customer and we will inform you.
The exact shipping price will be calculated once destination and quantity of items are included in the shopping cart and will be itemized on the summary page before the customer confirms the order by clicking the ‘Confirm payment’ button and before entering payment details.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes will not be possible.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be applicable from the moment they are included in these Sales Conditions. In any case, the shipping costs valid at the time of placing the order will apply.
ONLINE RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY. LIABILITY
Right to withdraw from the purchase or exchanges
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product(s) and/or make exchanges, without justification, within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. (minimum 14 days, according to Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27).
If the products in your confirmed order are delivered separately, on different dates, the date of receipt of the last product will be considered for return purposes.
If the customer returns all products of their order within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the last product, all payments received after the purchase will be refunded.
Items purchased on www.homezentrum.com can also be returned at our stores, at no cost.
In the case of returning items, where pickup is made at the customer’s home, the direct cost of returning the goods or service will be borne by the customer as stated in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
If the customer decides to keep any product and, consequently, partially cancel their order or return products after fourteen (14) calendar days, they will receive a purchase voucher valid for 1 year for the value of the will only be refunded the price paid for the products and shipping costs will not be refunded.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows, mattress bases, cushions, and mats).
Conditions for exchanges and/or returns
Home Zentrum will not accept exchanges or returns of unsealed or opened products (unless it concerns a quality or manufacturing defect).
Any return or exchange of purchased products must be carefully packaged and include the delivery slip.
Refunds
Once the product(s) are received, Home Zentrum will check their condition and, if a replacement was requested, will proceed to send the required product, or if a return was requested, will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase (if made within the first 14 days) or will provide a purchase voucher valid for one year for the value of the paid product.
Once the condition of the returned products is verified, the customer will be informed via email. The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from when Home Zentrum has been aware of the decision to withdraw. However, Home Zentrum may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
In no case will shipping costs for the products be refunded (provided the product has already been shipped) and the direct cost of returning the goods or service will be borne by the customer as outlined in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
Return of incorrect or defective products
If Home Zentrum has sent an incorrect product by mistake, if the quality of the sent product is not adequate, or if the product does not comply with the contract, Home Zentrum will, once the error or defect is verified, fully refund the amount of the returned product and the incurred shipping costs as well as any other costs the customer may have incurred to return the defective product.
WARRANTIES
To customers making purchases as consumers, Home Zentrum provides warranties on the products sold through the Website, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”).
Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the non-conformities that manifest within three (3) years after the delivery of the product existed when the product was delivered.
In this regard, if any of the products are not in conformity with the contract, the customer must inform Home Zentrum through any of the communication channels provided in these terms.
TRANSFER AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS
The customer may not assign, transfer, or delegate a contract or any of the rights or obligations derived from it without previously obtaining written consent from Home Zentrum.
No waiver by Home Zentrum of a specific right or action under this contract will constitute a waiver of other rights or actions unless expressly communicated in writing.
In accordance with intellectual property and similar rights legislation, this Site and all its elements, brands, designs, photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, animated sequences or not, sound or not, graphic, etc., as well as their compilation, are the exclusive property of Home Zentrum, who does not grant any license or right other than to consult the Site.
The use, reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, access, modification, or any other exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site, its content, or the brands for any purpose is prohibited, unless prior written authorization from the Seller is obtained.
Any other use will be considered counterfeiting and punishable under Intellectual Property laws, unless prior written authorization from the BRAND is obtained.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, it is stated that the personal data collected for processing the order will be used exclusively for managing the same.
When placing the order, you will have the option to accept that your data be included in the Brand’s Processing Activity Register to facilitate future orders, customer and/or supplier management, advertising, and commercial prospecting.
Referring exclusively to data processing for conventional prospecting and other forms of marketing or advertising, including direct marketing. According to Recital 47 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation, legitimate interest could be considered “when there is a relevant and appropriate relationship between the data subject and the controller, such as in situations where the data subject is a customer or is in the service of the controller,” as is precisely the case here. Recital 47 of the GDPR also states that “Processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be considered as carried out for legitimate interest.”
Bank details of the transaction are stored in a database designed for this purpose and will not be kept, only while the purchase is being processed, the payment is made, and until the withdrawal period has expired.
RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS
Home Zentrum may modify these terms at any time without retroactive effect.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms will be governed by Spanish Law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these terms will be subject, at the parties’ free choice, to the jurisdiction designated by current international private law.
